Branch Pastor & First Lady

Pastor Tony Stanley  

Pastor Tony M. Stanley is a native of Louisiana who has faithfully served Pastor Steve and First Lady Donna Houpe and the members of Harvest Church International Outreach over the past 18 years. With such humility and an indescribable servant’s heart, Pastor Stanley has served in the ministry, Faith Academy K5-high school, and Harvest Bible Institute in a number of positions including youth pastor, instructor, facility manager, bus driver, and senior associate minister.

Pastor Stanley was ordained in 1997 through Harvest Church International Outreach . As Senior Associate Minister he provided ministerial support to the church members such as pre-marital, marital, and other spiritual guidance, hospital and shut in visitation, as well as ministering at worship services in Pastor Houpe’s absence.

He is a graduate of Joseph Business School, a faith-based entrepreneurial program that prepares believers to be kingdom entrepreneurs, and a graduate of Harvest Bible Institute, a program committed to providing an in depth study of the Word of God as it prepares God’s people to fulfill the Great Commission.

Pastor Stanley has been married to Dr. Rita Stanley for 19 years; their daughter Kelshna is also active in the ministry of Harvest Church working with the youth. Pastor Stanley genuinely loves all people from children to youth and young adults, and certainly the elderly. He is a relationship builder and believes that connecting with people opens the door to effective, life changing discipleship.

Rita C. Stanley, M.D.

Dr. Rita Stanley is a physician, born and raised in the Kansas City area. She is a 3 rd generation physician, following In the footsteps of her grandfather, Dr. Gordon A. Rodgers and father, Dr. Samuel U. Rodgers, she continues the family legacy of providing compassionate healthcare to the community and many others whom she encounters daily.

A graduate of St. Louis University Medical School, University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and Johns Hopkins Medical Management program, her practice experience over the past 25 years has been diverse, including Executive and Medical Director of Samuel U. Rodgers Community Health Center and private practice in the urban core of both Houston and Kansas City. She volunteers at a Kansas City homeless shelter and Ronald McDonald House of Topeka.

She has been active at Harvest Church International Outreach with her husband over the past 18 years in various areas including the youth ministry, Women’s Net, Harvest Bible Institute, Joseph Business School and Leah’s House.

Her passion is teaching people and helping them live in God’s divine health and abundance, realizing their full potential spiritually, physically and emotionally.
